Billing Methods Available

"Two bill" model - The utility sends a bill each month for "transporting" the energy and ECA sends a bill each month for "supplying."

"One bill" model - The "transporting" (The utility co.) and "supply" (ECA) are both on the same bill sent from your utility company. Small commercial utility electric accounts may choose to participate in this model.
